Brand identity and vision for a taste alchemist
A chance meeting outside our office in Farringdon, resulted in the launch of the Food Waste Farmer. To raise the profile of Igor Vaintraub as a real and credible agricultural and food innovator with a genuine sustainability mission at his core, we created a new brand out of this taste alchemist’s vision. Where the old world of responsible ecology often compromised on taste in order to be green, Igor’s unique approach puts flavour first. Tailoring his cutting-edge soil technologies to the UK’s most-acclaimed restaurants, by growing the most abundantly flavoured vegetables on each venue’s own composted soils, The Food Waste Farmer is bringing the best chefs closer to their ingredients, than ever before.
