Develop a communications platform for Nutricia as an educator, engaging healthcare professionals.
Using a ‘white coat on / white coat off’ strategy, we adopted a methodology to hypertarget healthcare professionals (HCPs) on social media with specific messaging and creative, while developing a content engine room in the form of the Nutricia Blog full of educational resources, live webinars and first person long reads and interviews to help support healthcare professionals in assisting patients. To further engage and develop a dialogue we launched The Beat podcast, a series of thought leadership interviews with healthcare professionals on a wide range of topics from life on the maternity ward during COVID-19 to the complexities of allergies in children. All with the aim to educate, empower and encourage healthcare professionals to better understand Nutricia’s products and to provide further resources to their patients.
